Donors to Abortion Biz Can Name the New Baby-Killing Machine

The internet is full of questionable content – if you spend any time on social media, you probably see things every day that make you shake your head. But every once in a while, a post lands so hard you can’t just scroll past.

Take a Milwaukee abortion clinic’s recent Instagram post in which they offer supporters the opportunity (for a mere $10) to suggest a name for their new – wait for it – suction aspiration machine.

You read that correctly. They are holding a naming contest for a machine whose sole purpose is to abort children.

Let’s unpack this a little bit, because what appears at first glance to be a post made in bad taste is actually a whole lot more than that.

Naming is powerful. It creates connection.

We name our children after loved ones. We name our pets when we make them our own. We even name our fears so we can face them. Corporations spend millions crafting product names because names matter—they carry meaning, identity, and weight.

The irony here is that in offering a naming contest for a suction machine that ends the lives of very tiny children, this clinic is attempting to humanize one of the most dehumanizing machines ever made.

This machine sucks off the arms and legs of developing children before ending their lives. It was created with the sole purpose of emptying the contents of a uterus – a living human child.

You can put lipstick on a pig and it’s still a pig. You can give your clinic’s new suction aspirator a cute name, and it’s still a weapon designed to end the lives of vulnerable children.
