Dem Leader Forced to Admit Trump Fixed the Border [WATCH]

Hell freezes over.

In a Wednesday interview on CNN’s The Situation Room, House Minority Leader Hakeem Jeffries was pressed on whether President Trump has actually delivered on his campaign promises.

Co-host Pamela Brown didn’t let him wriggle off the hook, pointing to government data showing six straight months of zero migrant releases and border apprehensions now lower than under Biden.

Jeffries tried to steer the conversation toward affordability and Democratic talking points — but Brown kept her foot on the gas:

“Can you give President Trump any credit for securing the border?” she asked.

Cornered, Jeffries finally cracked.

“The border is secure… it’s happened on his watch. Of course, he’ll get credit for that,” he admitted, a stunning concession from one of Congress’s top Democrats.

But the New York lawmaker quickly shifted to damage control, accusing Republicans of deporting “law-abiding immigrant families” and even “citizen children.” He also cited a Gallup poll showing Trump “underwater by 25 points” on immigration tactics — a spin Brown immediately noted does not change the success of the crackdown.

Jeffries insisted Democrats still support a “strong and secure border,” even as he struggled to balance that claim with his party’s internal politics.

Meanwhile, the White House wasted zero time hammering him.

Spokeswoman Abigail Jackson told Fox News Digital, “Even a broken clock is right twice a day,” adding that Jeffries “had to spin up some lies to placate his rabid left-wing base” because he’s “so beholden to the far-left liberals that he can’t even speak the full truth” about Trump’s accomplishments.
