South Carolina Must Take Action to Stop Mail-Order Abortions

The South Carolina Senate has only three legislative days left before the end of the 2026 legislative session — Sine Die on May 14, 2026.

That means time is extremely short for the Senate to act on H. 4760, legislation that would stop dangerous mail-order abortion drug trafficking in South Carolina.

The Senate must take up H. 4760 IMMEDIATELY and pass it before the session ends. Without action, unregulated, dangerous abortion drugs will continue being shipped directly into South Carolina, putting women and unborn children at risk.
