Another Pro-Life Generation team was on the ground in Coeur d’Alene, Idaho, campaigning against Proposition 1.
Proposition 1 would establish a statutory right to abortion before fetal viability and require restrictions on that right to meet a heightened legal standard, which SFLAction warns could put Idaho’s parental-consent protections for minors at risk.

Our Coeur d’Alene team knocked on nearly 3,000 doors and held hundreds of conversations, including nearly 200 pro-life conversations.
The deployment also resulted in nearly 100 voter activations, while volunteers distributed yard signs throughout the community.
But the numbers tell only part of the story.
SFLA Western Campus Coordinator Luke Keller said some voters were not immediately persuaded but were willing to keep listening. Keller reported that several people agreed to look further into Proposition 1, so the team gave them additional literature and encouraged them to research the measure for themselves.
There was another sign that the message was resonating: We ran out of yard signs.
Keller said demand became so high that the team began compiling a list of residents who still wanted signs shipped to them. He also reported that most voters he encountered supported the volunteers’ work.
Two students from Gonzaga University joined the deployment alongside community members and SFLAction team members. For several participants, it was their first time knocking on doors. Keller said the first-time volunteers enjoyed the experience, while the field report noted that participants wanted to do more and encourage friends to join future deployments.
That kind of activation is exactly why we go door to door.
