Even if the mainstream media won’t report on it honestly, the Trump administration’s righteous war against our corrupt Deep State continues. In fact, it’s moving from words to legal deeds, and thanks be to God. If President Donald Trump’s win over Kamala Harris last fall was akin to the 1940 Dunkirk evacuation, what we’re seeing today is like the Normandy landing in June 1944: The big guns are firing, our troops are on the beaches, and the fascists are getting scared.
What’s the latest front? The Department of Justice is empaneling a grand jury to investigate Barack Obama’s 2016 coup attempt. Information keeps emerging that proves Obama weaponized America’s intelligence and law enforcement services to spread information he knew was false and suppress truthful intelligence in order first to help Hillary Clinton win the 2016 election, and then to prevent the peaceful transfer of power to President-elect Donald Trump. Mollie Hemingway laid out the stakes on Fox News, as Real Clear Politics reports:
[I]n the last couple of weeks, we have had an explosive amount of information giving brand-new details that weren’t previously released about how the Obama chiefs and Obama conspired to hide real information showing that yes, Russia did what it always did, but it didn’t really have any effect and it wasn’t done on behalf of a particular candidate. You might remember that we spent years with the false claim that it was done to benefit Trump.
We then had also that they manufactured intelligence and immediately leaked it to compliant media people, and then they had people within their agencies fighting so hard to keep these false falsehoods and lies from getting out, and they were threatened with their jobs. They were told there was secret intelligence. We also learned what this supposed secret intelligence was. I mean, just absolutely explosive stuff that’s brand-new and that really does show that there was a very bad conspiracy, and so this investigation is good and the people who were involved in it, which is a lot of the Democrat party, should be scared.
What specifically should scare them? The grand jury the Justice Department just empaneled to investigate this conspiracy — which insiders have suggested will be in Florida, instead of Washington, D.C., since the 2022 Mar-A-Lago raid on Trump’s residence was likely conducted in order to seize Russiagate evidence Trump had declassified and held onto. So Florida is a legitimate venue, and one much more favorable to Trump than the Beltway.

Fox News offers more details on the grand jury move:
Attorney General Pam Bondi directed her staff Monday to act on the criminal referral from Director of National Intelligence Tulsi Gabbard related to the alleged conspiracy to tie President Donald Trump to Russia, and the Department of Justice is now opening a grand jury investigation into the matter, Fox News Digital has learned.
Bondi personally ordered an unnamed federal prosecutor to initiate legal proceedings and the prosecutor is expected to present department evidence to a grand jury, which would allow the department to secure a potential indictment, according to a letter from Bondi reviewed by Fox News Digital and a source familiar with the investigation.
A DOJ spokesperson declined to comment on the report of an investigation but said Bondi is taking the referral from Gabbard “very seriously.” The spokesperson said Bondi believed there is “clear cause for deep concern” and a need for next steps.
Texas Scofflaw Democrats Now Face Arrest
Speaking of the Left’s war on democracy, Texas Democrats (with help from Swamp Republicans) are trying to prevent that state’s legislature from redrawing Congressional election lines to better reflect voter opinion — and perhaps deny seats to radicals in “safe” minority-only districts. Lacking the votes to stop the GOP effort, Democrats are illegally boycotting the vote to deny a legal quorum. CNN reports:
Texas Republicans are scheduled to reconvene Tuesday after they voted to issue civil arrest warrants for Democrats who fled the state to stop a GOP-led redistricting effort.
The Texas House on Monday authorized the warrants for dozens of Democratic lawmakers who didn’t appear and denied the Texas House a quorum necessary to move forward with redistricting. The warrants empowered state troopers to arrest the absent Democrats and bring them to the Capitol.
But the Democrats who left the state fled to Illinois, New York and Massachusetts, three Democratic-led states outside Texas law enforcement’s authority without local officials’ cooperation.
“That’s why in this case and in previous recent quorum breaks, they have left the state to escape the jurisdiction of the marshals and other arresting officers in the state,” Sarah Chen, a voting rights attorney with the Texas Civil Rights Project, told CNN…
Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton said he would do “everything in [his] power” to force Democrats back to Austin.
“It’s imperative that they be swiftly arrested, punished, and face the full force of the law for turning their backs on the people of Texas,” Paxton said in a statement….
[Texas Governor Greg] Abbott issued warnings about potential bribery charges – and suggested he will seek to remove the absent Democrats from office and replace them – in a Fox News interview Monday.
“I believe they have forfeited their seats in the state legislature because they’re not doing the job they were elected to do,” he said.
Meanwhile, as Gateway Pundit reports, federal law enforcement may be getting involved in this interstate legislative manhunt: “FBI Director Kash Patel has been formally asked to assist Texas authorities in tracking down and ARRESTING rogue Democrat lawmakers who fled the state to sabotage a critical redistricting vote.”
Stay tuned. The fate of the Republican majority in the U.S. House (and hence of Trump’s presidency) may be on the line, since this redistricting would likely switch five seats at least into the GOP column. Meanwhile, already gerrymandered California is threatening to further bias its election districts to hurt the Republicans by way of retaliation, threatening five “red” seats in that state.
Meanwhile, Democrats are responding to this election district fight with their usual moral clarity and tact — comparing it to the genocide the Nazis conducted against the Jews:

Will the War in Gaza Escalate?
CNN reports that the Israeli government has run out of patience, and is willing to risk further harm to its hostages held by Hamas in order to put a final end to that terrorist organization by fully invading and reoccupying Gaza:
Negotiations on a hostage and ceasefire deal in Gaza appear to be at an impasse, with Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu leaning towards expanded military operations and Hamas demanding the humanitarian situation be addressed before it returns to talks.
Netanyahu will urge a meeting of the security cabinet on Tuesday to support the full “conquest of the Strip” according to reports in Israeli media that were described as accurate by a source familiar with the matter.
Israel’s Ynet cited senior officials close to Netanyahu as saying: “The die is cast – we’re going for full conquest. If the Chief of Staff doesn’t agree – he should resign.” …
It’s unclear whether the Israeli government’s approach is in line with that of US President Donald Trump’s Middle East envoy Steve Witkoff.
Witkoff spent three hours with the families of Israeli hostages on Saturday, and the Hostages and Missing Families Forum quoted him as saying that the plan “is not to expand the war but to end it. We think the negotiations should be changed to all or nothing. End the war and bring all 50 hostages home at the same time – that’s the only way.”
“We have a plan to end the war and bring everyone home,” Witkoff reportedly added. “Someone will be to blame” if the remaining living hostages do not return to Israel still alive, he said, according to the forum.
When asked, Witkoff’s team did not offer any further information on the special envoy’s comments.
Journalist “Interviews” the Dead
In an apparent effort to snag some sort of prize for the worst journalistic ethics in history, reporter Jim Acosta just took part in a grotesque stunt on behalf of the gun control movement. He “interviewed” an AI-concocted simulacrum of a boy killed during a school shooting:
