Taxpayers still funding Planned Parenthood in pro-life states

According to a report released yesterday by the Catholic nonprofit American Life League, Planned Parenthood (PP) affiliates based in pro-life states annually take in close to half a billion dollars from various sources, including millions in taxpayer funds. The data show that the financial performance of PP affiliates in pro-life states is nearly identical to the performance of affiliates in pro-abortion states and that PP still has 11 affiliates (81 facilities) in states that heavily restrict abortion since the Supreme Court’s annulment of Roe v. Wade. The average annual revenue for each affiliate in a pro-life state is more than $41.2 million: a combined $450 million overall.
