The draft in Pete’s league finished up Wednesday; I dropped out a little early because I have a solid lineup and at least one bench player who can fill in if somebody gets crunched; likewise, I have a solid starting rotation and an absolutely deadly bullpen. Can I beat the 1974 Rangers record of 84-76? That’s what we play the games to find out…and regardless of how Pete sets up the schedule, I’ll be playing my first three (and maybe four) series on the road to & from Minnesota.
