Federal investigators foiled a real-life Halloween horror early Friday, arresting “multiple” suspects in an alleged terror plot, FBI Director Kash Patel announced just hours before trick-or-treating began across the country.
“This morning the FBI thwarted a potential terrorist attack and arrested multiple subjects in Michigan who were allegedly plotting a violent attack over Halloween weekend,” Patel posted on X.
“Thanks to the men and women of FBI and law enforcement everywhere standing guard 24/7 and crushing our mission to defend the homeland.”

FBI and state police vehicles were seen in a neighborhood near Fordson High School in Dearborn, where investigators entered and exited a home as one official gathered paper bags and other items from an evidence truck.
FBI Detroit spokesman Jordan Hall confirmed that “members from the FBI in Michigan were present in the cities of Dearborn and Inkster this morning conducting law enforcement activities.”
Hall added that “there is no current threat to public safety.”
A senior public official told The Post that the Dearborn Police Department was informed the FBI would be raiding three homes in total.
