A top New Hampshire Democrat and former state legislator who is also a “trans woman” has pleaded guilty to the sexual exploitation of children. The plea comes a month after his “partner” pleaded guilty to exploitation and distributing child porn.
Stacie-Marie Laughton — real name Barry — changed his not guilty plea in U.S. District Court in Boston, Massachusetts.
A darling of top Democrats nationwide, Laughton was charged with the awful crimes in 2023.
Text Messages
The federal criminal complaint detailed text messages between Laughton, 41, and Lindsay Groves, 40, who pleaded guilty in October. Groves took explicit photos of kids at the daycare center where she was employed and sent them to Laughton.
Groves’ iPhone 13 and iPad contained more than 10,000 texts that included “explicit descriptions of sex [between Groves and Laughton] and others (including children),” the complaint said. The text messages are beyond disturbing. The victims were “conservatively estimated to be under 5 years old,” the complaint says.
“I’m horny right now,” Groves wrote to Laughton on June 7.
Replied Laughton:
I was asking because I know we’ve had some back-and-forth and I know we initially said we do nothing with kids ever again and you said you were afraid that if we had kids if they would go back and tell the parents the same with the kids you work with when I was trying to ask you do you seriously see no problem with sex with children like I had always wanted to put my d**k inside one of the little girls you work with, but you said they were too little and then you said I could so I don’t know I know you’re horny I’m trying to get clean and I already have the hot water running baby.
The line “I know we initially said we do nothing with kids ever again” suggests the two had, at minimum, previously abused kids.
The text exchange continued, getting even more explicit, with Laughton and Groves discussing the rape of the children.
Man-lady Laughton told Groves to “photograph herself holding the p***s of a male child or putting her finger in a female.”
Groves complied.
In an exchange on June 14, Laughton averred that “God never really condemns say different sexual lifestyles but what do you think? Do you think we still have a place in heaven? Do you think God would still be OK with me being a minister?”
Replied Groves:
Yes god is ok with it and we will still go to heaven and he thinks you be a great minister.
Pleas
Groves’ plea last month came after a ridiculous claim that she was mentally incompetent.
New Hampshire’s NH Journal reported:
Groves took the plea deal after failing in her quest to be deemed too incompetent to stand trial. Groves and her legal team fought for more than a year to get her diagnosed as too mentally impaired to understand the charges or help in her own defense.
But United States District Court Judge Dennis Saylor rejected that argument after hearing from defense and prosecution mental health experts. While Groves is mentally and emotionally handicapped, she knows what she is doing, Saylor ruled.
On the sexual exploitation count, the two face 15 to 30 years in prison and five years to life of supervised release. Distributing child porn carries a mandatory five to 20 years and a minimum five years to life of supervised release. They can be fined up to $250,000.
The two will be sentenced in February, WMUR9 reported.
Democrat Darling
Laughton has been parading around as a woman for years, and has been forced to resign a seat in the Legislature twice because he is a longtime criminal.
He won election to the Legislature in 2012, but resigned after a conviction for credit card fraud and falsifying evidence in 2008 became public. One would have thought that would have been the end of his career, but alas, Granite State voters elected the hulking man-lady again in 2020, then again in 2022. He was forced out of office that year after two arrests for stalking.
The sexual perversions are hardly a surprise.
Nor was the big-league support Laughton received from prominent Democrats.
Beto O’Rourke, the failed candidate for president and U.S. Senate and one-time burglar, backed Laughton. Another Laughton fangirl is Eric Swalwell, the California congressman famous for ritual denunciations of President Donald Trump. Laughton appears in photos with the two leftists in 2022. Amusingly, “trans woman” Laughton looks like “she” could pound Swalwell into the ground like a tent stake.
The two top Democrats apparently didn’t know they were posing with a stalker and sex fiend. Then again, one wonders whether they would have done any differently if they had known.
