Embassies worldwide now initiate on-the-ground research and interviews. The 2025 Human Rights Report, slated for release next year, will lay bare this tragedy. Allies and opponents face unvarnished scrutiny. Diplomats no longer evade abortion with vague terms while detailing other horrors.
