MUSK’S MAGA COMEBACK! Elon Opens Checkbook to Help Republicans in 2026 Midterms

Elon Musk is opening his wallet — again.

The billionaire business tycoon has begun doling out money to support Republican House and Senate candidates ahead of the 2026 midterms, according to a new Axios report.

Musk recently wrote large checks to help Republicans position themselves for victory in key congressional races and has signaled he plans to spend even more as the cycle heats up, two sources told the outlet.

Axios reported that Musk attended a November dinner alongside Vice President JD Vance, White House chief of staff Susie Wiles, and former deputy chief of staff Taylor Budowich. Jared Birchall, who helps manage Musk’s political donations, was also present.

A source close to Trumpworld described the development as a major moment.

“Elon was a very significant part of the campaign last cycle and it wasn’t just the money. It was the impact that he brought, the energy that he brought to the campaign,” the source said.

Musk’s deep pockets could prove decisive as Republicans fight to hold onto both the House and Senate in 2026.

He was a high-profile backer of Donald Trump during the 2024 presidential race and later took on a prominent role leading the administration’s Department of Government Efficiency cost-cutting effort.

That relationship later soured, with Musk even floating the idea of launching a new political party called the America Party.

Now, the frost appears to be melting — and the GOP is once again benefiting from Musk’s financial firepower.
