John Isley and Billy James were hosts of the long-running radio morning program known as the John Boy and Billy Big Show, finally retiring at the end of 2025. I used to listen when I commuted to Charlotte during the week back in the early 90s, and frequently laughed until I cried, thoroughly enjoying their redneck, non-woke humor. Here, a regular character on the show – Oliver, voiced by Jeff Pillars – provides a brief military history of France.
