Paco Enterprises: Worcestershire sauce

This stuff was under discussion here recently, so here’s a video on its history and how it’s manufactured.

Mrs. Paco uses it as one of the ingredients in the marinade she makes for my beef jerky (the others are, as I recall, soy sauce and pineapple juice, as well as salt and pepper).
