President Donald Trump is holding a Cabinet meeting at the White House as his administration tries to lower the temperature around the Minneapolis operation, with Trump’s border czar Tom Homan signaling a shift toward more “targeted” actions and saying a drawdown of personnel could accelerate depending on cooperation from state and local officials.
Separately, Trump escalated his rhetoric toward Iran in a social media post on Wednesday, writing: “A massive Armada is heading to Iran. It is moving quickly, with great power, enthusiasm, and purpose.”
