That’s the focus of a new book, Christianity in the Crosshairs, by Bill Donohue, president and CEO of the Catholic League for Religious and Civil Rights, headquartered in New York City. He is the publisher of Catalyst, the league’s journal, and is the author of twelve books. He writes on civil liberties, social issues and Catholicism.
Donohue earned his Ph.D. in sociology from New York University in 1980, and served on the board of directors of the National Association of Scholars for twenty years. A former college professor, Bill has appeared on thousands of TV and radio shows.
