Abortionist Already on Probation Injures Three Women in Botched Abortions

Just weeks after Operation Rescue reported on abortionist Tyrone Malloy beginning a two year probation on his Maryland medical license, the OR investigative team has also uncovered evidence of three additional women sent to the emergency room from Malloy’s infamous late-term abortion clinic.

President of Operation Rescue Troy Newman comments, “When the Maryland Board of Physicians recently chose probation over the revocation of Malloy’s medical license – despite three rounds of discipline in less than four years, and even with evidence that he could be killing babies born alive – Operation Rescue knew we needed to dig deeper.”

Official public Computer Aided Dispatch (CAD) records obtained by Operation Rescue document three separate incidents in which women required emergency medical intervention following what could only be abortions at CARE Clinic. This deeply alarming pattern of medical emergencies (with two of them occurring very recently and less than a week apart) raises urgent questions about the safety of women subjected to the “care” of convicted felon abortionist Tyrone C. Malloy.

The Three Emergencies

According to public CAD and dispatch records, 911 services were first called to CARE Clinic on August 29, 2025, for a patient suffering a hemorrhage – a common and life-threatening complication of abortion, especially those done at later gestations. The incident, uncovered through a FOIA request filed by Operation Rescue, foreshadowed what was to come.

Less than a year later, in stunning back-to-back emergencies, 911 calls came from the same Chevy Chase address on June 2, 2026 and June 5, 2026. The nature of the medical emergency on June 2 remains unknown due to heavily redacted CAD reports. However, in other dispatch records obtained by OR, a dispatcher can be heard specifically calling for “OBBLS,” which likely indicates a call for a Basic Life Support ambulance to respond to an “OB” or obstetrics emergency. At a late-term abortion clinic, the odds of an OB emergency being anything other than an abortion complication seem low.

The next emergency just 72 hours later involved another woman experiencing hemorrhage serious enough to require another EMT response for Basic Life Support (BLS).

Three patients. At least two hemorrhages. A span of less than ten months. Two of those emergency calls within a single week. This is not a coincidence. This is a pattern.

Baby-Killing Up to 35 Weeks

The abortion facility where these women were injured brazenly advertises killing babies up to 35 weeks of pregnancy.

Well before that gestational age, medicine and science proves babies can feel pain and cry, have reflexes, and will even resist forceps or other instruments that grab their limbs. They can hear and taste, have a heartbeat and brain waves, possess unique fingerprints, have fully developed organs, and in many cases survive premature birth with medical care.

This “CARE” clinic is the Maryland sister facility to the late Leroy Carhart’s infamous late-term “CARE” abortion operation in Bellevue, Nebraska. Carhart, who spent decades dismembering babies in their second and third trimesters, passed away in April 2023 at age 81. His toxic legacy of late-term killing lives on in Chevy Chase under his hand-picked successor, felon Tyrone C. Malloy.

Tyrone Malloy: Felon, and the Man Now Performing Late-Term Abortions in Maryland

As previously reported, convicted felon Tyrone C. Malloy persuaded the Maryland Board of Physicians to grant him a medical license in November 2022.

The Board should have known better. 

Malloy’s criminal record includes a 2014 conviction on two counts of defrauding the Georgia Medicaid program — illegally billing over $386,000. He was sentenced to four years in prison and six years of probation, ultimately serving less than two years. His Georgia medical license was reinstated shortly after his release from prison.

“His record of almost criminal malpractice is horrifying”, says Newman, “In 2008, Malloy was directly responsible for the death of a 23-year-old woman on whom he performed a 25-week dismemberment abortion. He not only lacerated her cervix then stitched it up, but also perforated her uterus — leaving her to experience uncontrolled bleeding and multiple cardiac arrests before she was pronounced dead at an Atlanta hospital. And for this, the Georgia Composite Medical Board issued nothing more than a public reprimand and a meager fine. That’s the power of the abortion cartel.”

Operation Rescue Chief Operating Officer Sarah Neely adds, “In reviewing the Maryland Board’s most recent investigation, our team raised the alarm about something even darker. A peer review of ten of Malloy’s patient records conducted during that investigation found that in at least one case Malloy failed to confirm or document ‘fetal asystole’ — whether the baby’s heart had stopped beating — before beginning the abortion procedure. In another case involving a patient pregnant with twins, Malloy only documented one fetal injection despite the twin pregnancy requiring two. The question must be asked: was one of those twins born alive?”

Why did Maryland ignore these cases in its investigation? Why is a convicted felon with a pattern of negligence and incompetence – not to mention blood on his hands – allowed to continue practicing “medicine” at all?

Maryland Must Act Now

Newman comments: “Three emergencies at one abortion clinic — a clinic currently in the hands of a man who has already killed a patient, defrauded the government, and may be brutally killing babies born alive — is not a coincidence. Operation Rescue has filed a new complaint with the Maryland Board asking them to immediately investigate these three new incidents and to seriously consider revoking Malloy’s medical license for good.

“Maryland authorities must take action and prevent more women being injured, maimed, or even killed inside this butcher house,” says Newman. “Women in Maryland and everywhere deserve to know the truth about what is happening behind the doors of CARE Clinic in Chevy Chase — and Operation Rescue will not stop until they do.”
