Olivia Rodrigo Loves Planned Parenthood Even Though it Killed 434,000 Babies

Pop star Olivia Rodrigo is once again using her platform to champion Planned Parenthood, the nation’s largest abortion company.

She loves Planned Parenthood, even though it killed a record 434,450 babies in abortions according to its latest annual report.

In a dance video posted this week to the Instagram and X accounts of Daisy Chain Fields, her upcoming all-woman music festival, Rodrigo appears with other women. Text overlaid on the video, set to her song “My Way,” states: “Learning that nearly 30 Planned Parenthood health centers have closed since President Donald Trump signed a law ‘defunding’ Planned Parenthood.”

The group then dances as the text continues: “But we’ll never stop fighting for sexual and reproductive health care!!!”

The fact that a few dozen Planned Parenthood centers closed doesn’t affect legitimate health care for women, who can get such care at any legitimate medical center or hospital.

Rodrigo has long supported Planned Parenthood. She received the organization’s Catalyst of Change Award in 2025.

Alexis McGill Johnson, president and CEO of Planned Parenthood Federation of America, said in a statement about Rodrigo’s support and the new video: “It means the world to us that Olivia is so deeply engaged in the fight for abortion.”

Pro-life advocates note that Planned Parenthood’s 2024-2025 annual report showed it killed 434,450 babies in abortions, an 8% increase from the previous year’s 402,230 and a record high. That equates to more than 1,190 abortions per day.

Over the past 25 years, the organization has killed nearly 8 million babies in abortions while receiving more than $12.3 billion in taxpayer funds. During the same period, it provided far fewer prenatal care services.
