Cardinal Müller notes that the “Fraternity” referred to is given in “a Masonic or Communist sense [that] seeks to control and dominate humanity – like a “Big Brother” who is watching you – and this is diametrically opposed to the ‘glorious liberty of the children of God.’” (Romans 8:21)
