Conservative political activist Charlie Kirk was shot and killed during a speaking event at Utah State University early this afternoon. He was 31 years old.
Kirk was hit in the neck by the bullet. Police are still looking for the suspect.
The shot rang out while Kirk was speaking about the rising trend of transgender shooters attacking innocent children and other victims. Headlines and social media posts about the shooting flew thick and fast for about an hour before word came that Kirk had passed away. He leaves behind a wife and two small children.
Say a prayer for Charlie Kirk, a genuinely good guy and a young father.

Prayers for Charlie Kirk.
An incredible Christian, American, and human being. May the healing hand of Jesus Christ be upon him.

Intercessors for America offers this psalm:
“Because he loves me,” says the Lord, “I will rescue him;
I will protect him, for he acknowledges my name.
He will call on me, and I will answer him; I will be with him in trouble,
I will deliver him and honor him.
With long life I will satisfy him
and show him my salvation.” (Psalm 91:14-16)
MSNBC Blames the Victim
Here’s MSNBC’s take on the shooting of a political figure who never advocated violence or hatred, but simply acted as a citizen with opinions:
MSNBC is now blaming Charlie Kirk for being shot.
“You can’t stop with these awful thoughts you have and then saying these awful words and then not expect awful actions to take place”
What a disgusting thing to say. pic.twitter.com/iPX4NiQXZl

PURE EVIL: At a moment when the entire country is unified in prayer for Charlie Kirk, MSNBC is speculating that the assassin may have been “a supporter of Charlie shooting their gun off in celebration.”
