WASHINGTON, D.C. — Congress stared in confusion this evening, puzzled by hearing a speech from a President that can say words and sentences.
The gathered Representatives, Senators and Supreme Court Justices sat bewildered as President Trump repeatedly stated coherent thoughts.
“It’s been a long time,” said Senator Tim Scott. “It just caught me off guard. I haven’t heard a State of the Union with intelligible language in many moons.”
At publishing time, Congress had been further bewildered by the apparent lack of cocaine in the President’s system during the speech.
