DEM PLAYBOOK BACKFIRING! GOP Approval Up Post-Shutdown as Democrats Fail to Make Case [WATCH]

Americans are on to the Dems’ scam…

This week, CNN’s Senior Data Analyst Harry Enten shared good news for the GOP amid the ongoing Schumer Shutdown: Republican Party approval is holding — even rising — as Democrats continue to play games with the federal government.

“You might think that given that the Republicans are in charge of the House and the Senate, the shutdown might hurt the Republican brand — but, in fact,  it hasn’t!” Enten said on CNN.

“If anything, it’s helped a little bit!” Enten added.

“Look at the net approval ratings for Republicans in Congress — it’s actually up five points since pre-shutdown. So what we’re seeing here is the Republican brand in Congress has actually improved somewhat to where we were pre-shutdown, despite the GOP being in control,” Enten added.

Enten went on to say that the GOP is up with its base but also with Independents.

“It’s not hurting them with folks in the middle — if anything, it’s helping with folks in the middle … what we’re seeing is the Republican brand has gotten better with Independents and Republicans,” Enten stressed.

Dems aren’t faring nearly as well. They are currently in the worst position they have been in on a generic ballot in the last 20 years when there’s been a Republican president.
