Yet again, an illegal alien from India whom the Biden Administration caught and released at the border is in jail for vehicular homicide.

This time, Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) has placed a detainer on a cultural enricher named Rajinder Kumar. Kumar received a commercial driver’s license (CDL) in California, run by far-left Democratic Governor Gavin Newsom.

Kumar left a newlywed couple dead on November 24 in Oregon, cops allege.

He is the second Indian illegal caught and released by the Biden administration to be charged in a vehicular homicide, and the third involved in a major wreck. A fourth Indian illegal involved in a fatal crash had a work permit from the administration.

The Crash

Killed in the wreck were William Micah Carter, 25, of Springfield and Jennifer Lynn Lower, 24, of John Day. Lower’s father told the Bend (Ore.) Bulletin that the two were returning from their honeymoon when their Subaru Outback smashed into the trailer of Kumar’s jackknifed semi. The newlyweds had been married just 16 days.

Kumar’s semi “was stopped with the cab facing eastbound but with the trailer perpendicular to the highway,” Central Oregon Daily News reported. Carter and Lower were killed instantly.

Oregon state cops “said dark conditions and a lack of active emergency warning equipment are being considered primary contributors to the crash,” the newspaper continued:

The semi driver … is charged with two counts of Criminally Negligent Homicide and one count of Reckless Endangering. The charging documents indicate the reckless endangerment charge was for “recklessly” creating “a substantial risk of serious physical injury” to a third person.

But the newspaper reported today that a grand jury had upgraded the charges against Kumar. He “is now facing two counts of first-degree manslaughter and three counts of recklessly endangering another, according to court documents.”

The 32-year-old illegal is being held on a $250,000 bond, and was scheduled for arraignment on the new charges today.

Third Indian Caught/Released at Border Involved in Major Wreck

On Monday, the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) released Kumar’s immigration status.

DHS reported:

Kumar entered the U.S. illegally near Lukeville, Arizona on November 28, 2022, and was released into the country by the Biden administration.

The illegal alien was issued a commercial driver’s license from Gavin Newsom’s California and given a work authorization in 2023 by the Biden administration.

Kumar is only the latest Indian Biden “migrant” to be charged in a vehicular homicide.

In October, California authorities charged Jashanpreet Singh with manslaughter while driving under the influence. Dashcam video of the crash on the 10 Freeway in Ontario, California, shows the beturbaned Third Worlder’s 18-wheeler plow into a white SUV, then into a white work pickup, then into another 18-wheeler, then, in flames, careen to the right and smash into yet another semi on the side of the highway.

Singh, who needed an interpreter after his arrest, left three people dead. California gave him a REAL ID, supposedly on the OK of the federal government. He crossed the border illegally in March 2022 and was promptly released.

On June 20, 2024, as DHS reported, Indian illegal Partap Singh “caused a multi-pile car wreck while driving an 18-wheeler” in California that left 5-year-old Dalilah Coleman “with critical, life altering injuries.” ICE arrested him in August. Singh jumped the border in October 2022, and the Biden administration promptly released him.

Florida Wreck

Yet another Indian illegal named Singh, first name Harjinder, killed three people in Florida, authorities allege.

Cops allege that Singh, driving an 18-wheeler, illegally made a U-turn on the Sunshine State Turnpike on August 14. The motorist next to him smashed into his trailer.

Fox News disclosed that he jumped the border in 2018 and received a deportation order. He claimed fear of returning home, which U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services validated, which permitted him to stay here. The Biden administration issued him a work permit.

The Transportation Department’s Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) disclosed not only that Singh couldn’t speak or read English, but also that California and Washington state gave him CDLs.

Singh failed an English test, the department revealed, by answering just two of 12 verbal questions correctly and wrongly identifying 75 percent of highway signs.

Yet Kumar and the three Singhs aren’t the only Indian illegals careening down America’s highways.

When ICE and Oklahoma authorities busted 120 illegal aliens, 91 of whom had CDLs, one of the culprits was a fellow named Anmol Anmol, who received a CDL from New York.

Yet Anmol’s license reported his surname as “No Name Given.”

As of October, Mr. Given was headed for deportation.
