Yet again, the policies of a blue-state sanctuary and the Biden administration have coalesced and ended in murder.
This time, prosecutors in Prince George’s County, Maryland, have charged four MS-13 gang members — two of them released by the Biden administration — in the murder of a 14-year-old boy.
But former President Joe Biden and his gang aren’t the only culprits partly responsible for the murder. Local authorities refused to turn over the four to Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) when arrested for lesser crimes, the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) reported.

The Murder
On January 17, Prince George’s County cops reported the arrest of the four MS-13 goons: Alan Josai Garcia-Padilla, 21; William Cuellar Gutierrez, 19; Jose Merlos-Majano, 18; and a 17-year-old who remained nameless because he’s a “juvenile.” The first three are Salvadorans.
The victim, also likely a gang member if not an associate, was Jefferson Amaya-Ayala, 14. FBI agents and city and county cops found his remains on November 3 at Indian Creek Stream Valley Park in College Park, Maryland, just outside Washington, D.C.
The boy died of “multiple injuries and the manner [was] ruled a homicide,” county police reported. The probe has thus far revealed that the suspects lured Amaya-Ayala to the park and murdered him on August 2, 2025. Police believe he “knew at least one of the four suspects.” They added:
This murder appears gang-related however the motive remains under investigation.
The state’s attorney announced the suspects’ indictment last week.
Two Biden “Migrants”
As per usual, cops had arrested at least three of the suspects for multiple crimes, yet did not turn them over to ICE for deportation.
“These gang members all had prior arrests by the Metropolitan Police Department of the District of Columbia, but were RELEASED back into American communities,” DHS reported.
The agency detailed their crimes, and why they were still in the country despite being arrested:
Alan Josai Garcia-Padilla — convicted of attempted unlawful possession of ammunition in Washington, D.C.; possessed fraudulent permanent-resident and Social Security cards. “He was previously RELEASED under the Biden administration.”
William Ariel Cuellar Gutierrez — possessed an unregistered firearm, ammunition, and a “large capacity ammunition feeding device”; carried an unlicensed pistol, including in a gun-free zone. “He was previously RELEASED under the Biden administration.”
Jose Vladimir Merlos-Majano — defaced public property and possessed a prohibited weapon (a knife) while spray-painting MS-13 gang graffiti in Washington, D.C.
DHS did not offer details on the 17-year-old “juvenile.”
“This heinous murder of a child by MS-13 gang members is reprehensible,” then-DHS spokesman Tricia McLaughlin said:
Joe Biden and sanctuary politicians allowed gang members to terrorize our communities and RELEASED them from jails following their arrests.
ICE has arrested 7,000 gang members since the beginning of Donald Trump’s second administration, McLaughlin said.
DHS did not report under what circumstances — at the border, for instance — the Biden administration released the suspects. Nor did it report Amaya-Ayala’s possible gang affiliation or immigration status.
Other “Biden Migrant” Murders
The list of “Biden migrants” — illegal aliens released at the border who then committed rapes and murders — is a long one:
- Venezuelans Yosguar Aponte Jimenez, 20; Jesus De Nazareth Bellorin-Guzman, 23; and Jose Luis Trivino-Cruz, 35, are charged in the murder of Santiago Lopez Morales, 48, at a Motel 6 in Garland, Texas, on June 20, 2025;
- Venezuelan Daikerlyn Alejandraa Gonzalez-Gonzalez, 22, rammed her jet ski into Air Force Academy Cadet Ava Moore on May 25, 2025;
- Venezuelans Franklin Jose Pena Ramos and Johan Jose Rangel Martinez await trial for the murder of Jocelyn Nungaray, 12, on June 16, 2024, in Houston, Texas;
- Venezuelan Jose Ibarra murdered nursing student Laken Riley, 22, on February 22, 2024 in Athens, Georgia;
- Salvadoran Victor Martinez-Hernandez murdered Rachel Morin on August 5, 2023 in Harford County, Maryland; and,
- Salvadoran MS-13 terror-gang member Walter Martinez murdered Kayla Hamilton, 20, on July 17, 2022, in Harford County, Maryland.
Rapes and beatings are also a daily agenda item for “Biden migrants.”
