Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) has pulled another illegal-alien truck driver off the road, only this one isn’t a Punjabi who can’t speak English.
This time, the culprit is a Biden “migrant” from Uzbekistan who just happens to be wanted for terrorist ties back home … where he belongs.
And wouldn’t you know it, like so many other illegal-alien truck drivers, he had a commercial driver’s license (CDL) from a blue state.
Illegal-alien truck drivers have become a major scandal for far-left blue states since the two wrecks involving Indian illegals that left six people dead.

Terror Suspect
ICE collared Akhror Bozorov, 31, “a criminal illegal alien from Uzbekistan wanted in his origin country for belonging to a terrorist organization,” the Department of Homeland Security reported:
Uzbekistan authorities issued an arrest warrant for Bozorov in 2022 for being a member of a terrorist organization. He is accused of distributing terrorist propaganda calling for jihad online and recruiting terrorists to join the jihad movement.
The Uzbek bruiser has the usual background for a Biden “migrant.” He jumped the border in February 2023 — prime time for illegals to waltz into the country with the Biden administration’s help. Border authorities arrested him, then released him to run thither and yon wherever he wished.
ICE collared Bozorov on November 9 in Kansas, where he worked as a commercial truck driver. “Governor Josh Shapiro’s Pennsylvania issued him” the license, DHS reported. “The Biden administration granted him work authorization in January 2024.”
Said DHS spokesman Tricia McLaughlin:
Not only was Akhror Bozorov — a wanted terrorist — RELEASED into the country by the Biden administration, but he was also given a commercial driver’s license by Governor Shapiro’s Pennsylvania. This should go without saying, but terrorist illegal aliens should not be operating 18-wheelers on America’s highways. Biden and [then-Homeland Security Secretary Alejandro] Mayorkas allowed countless terrorists to come into our country.
Shapiro blamed DHS Secretary Kristi Noem for Bozorov’s having a license.
“If officials are concerned about this they should redirect their attention to DHS Secretary Kristi Noem, who manages the federal database that is checked before any Pennsylvania licenses are issued to non-citizens,” a spokesman for Shapiro replied on X.
A photo of the license does show it was issued in July, just eight months after the Trump administration began the Herculean task of cleaning the Augean stables Biden left behind. Whether officials had time to comb through the records of the bazillion illegals Biden released into the country is unclear.

Other Illegals Driving Trucks
Bozorov — call him Bozo for short? — is just one of hundreds of illegal-alien truck drivers caught hurtling down American highways in the past two months.
The illegal-alien truck driving scandal has continued surfacing since an Indian illegal was charged with killing three people in Florida when he made an illegal U-turn on a highway at a spot labeled “official use only.” The truck driver failed a standard English proficiency test after the wreck, yet, in violation of federal regulations, held CDLs from California and Washington state.
That fatal wreck was followed by another in California. An Indian Biden “migrant” there killed three people and is charged with manslaughter while driving under the influence. He needed an interpreter when he pleaded not guilty. Frighteningly, he also had a REAL ID, which is not available to illegals.
In early October, ICE and Oklahoma authorities busted 120 illegals on Sooner State highways, 91 of whom had commercial driver’s licenses. Caught in that dragnet was an Indian illegal with a CDL from New York whose last name was “No Name Given.”
Also in October, ICE and Indiana authorities arrested 146 illegals who not only were driving a variety of trucks, but also had been arrested for myriad crimes such as prostitution, child abuse, and drug trafficking.
California Licenses to Be Revoked
Last week, the Transportation Department reported that 17,000 unlawfully issued non-domiciled CDLs in California will be revoked. A non-domiciled CDL is given to a driver who doesn’t live in the state or is not a U.S. citizen.
The state notified the drivers that their licenses expire in 60 days.

California is among many states that openly refuse to enforce federal standards for issuing CDLs.
In July, the Overdrive Online website reported that “California Highway Patrol said it’s not putting drivers out-of-service for not speaking English despite new federal guidance on the rule.”
That guidance came from Transportation Secretary Sean Duffy in May, pursuant to an executive order in April.
California stands to lose $160 million in federal funding if it does not comply with federal safety standards.
