MAGA Must Stand Firm on Deportations & Guns, Trump-Backed Candidate for Congress Says

Securing the border, executing mass deportations, helping veterans, fixing the national debt, and stopping AI data centers must be unifying policies for Republicans heading into the midterms, according to Trump-backed U.S. Congressional candidate Brandon Herrera of Texas in an interview with The New American’s Alex Newman for Conversations That Matter.

Herrera, running for Texas’ 23rd District—the biggest border district in the country—says the border is more secure than it was under President Biden but argues that Congress must step up and codify sound immigration policy and fund deportations. As a viral gun rights activist on YouTube with over four million subscribers, Herrera says Americans must protect the Second Amendment by voting for constitutionalists up and down the ballot, especially in state legislatures.

Commenting on the growing divide amongst Republicans, Herrera explained that MAGA cannot waver on the key campaign promises President Trump ran on in 2016, 2020, and 2024: stopping mass immigration, building a wall, fixing the debt, and putting America first.
