The Charlotte Lozier Institute (CLI) released its 2025 National Pregnancy Center Report which highlighted that 2,775 pregnancy centers nationwide provided over $452 million in total medical care, support and education services, and material goods in 2024. The fourth installment of CLI’s Legacy of Life & Love Series, this report demonstrates that pregnancy centers are serving women, men and families with unwavering care post-Dobbs and seeing continuous growth since CLI’s first national report in 2017.
The significance of this report underscores the findings of a separate CLI peer-reviewed study. It found that 60% of women with a history of abortion would have preferred to give birth if they had received either more emotional support or had more financial security.

For the 2025 report titled “Pregnancy Centers: Rising to the Occasion with Unwavering Care,” CLI partnered with Care Net, Heartbeat International, National Institute of Family and Life Advocates (NIFLA) and Focus on the Family Option Ultrasound Program leadership as well as state coalition leaders across the country. The report analyzed national survey data from pregnancy centers in all 50 states.
Key findings include:
- Pregnancy centers saw over 1 million new clients, the equivalent of each center serving a new client every day in 2024.
- 2,775 pregnancy centers provided a value of over $452 million in total medical care, support and education services, and material goods.
- 8 in 10 centers are providing free or low-cost medical services, staffed by over 10,000 medical professionals.
- Tangible, material support has skyrocketed—over $116 million in value, a 48% increase from 2022—showing that pregnancy centers are meeting real needs of families.
- In 2024, 29% of pregnancy centers provided Abortion Pill Reversal (APR) as a service and 77% provided post-abortion support.
- Client satisfaction rose to 98%.
Karen Czarnecki, executive director of CLI, said:
“As the landscape of abortion in America following the Dobbs decision has rapidly changed, pregnancy centers continue to offer steadfast, professional care to women and families. Rising client visits and overall satisfaction are undeniable proof these centers are improving lives. It’s imperative that pregnancy centers continue to increase the availability of services—walking alongside women, men and families to provide love, education and support so they can courageously choose life.”
