Rhetoric From Tim Walz and Democrats is Putting Lives in Danger [WATCH]

White House Drug Czar Sara Carter stopped by Hannity Wednesday night to react to the dangerous rhetoric from Democratic leaders — rhetoric that’s putting ICE agents in jeopardy.

Carter says anti-ICE rhetoric from Minnesota Gov. Tim Walz and Democrats incites violence against federal agents, amid protests following an ICE shooting in Minneapolis.

The incident involved an ICE agent shooting a Venezuelan man in the leg after he allegedly attacked with a shovel during an enforcement action, marking the second such shooting in the city within a week and leading to clashes with tear gas deployment affecting civilians

Walz delivered a statewide address Wednesday night, criticizing aggressive federal immigration tactics, while President Trump threatened to invoke the Insurrection Act to quell protests on Thursday morning.

“If you see these ICE agents in your neighborhood, take out that phone and hit record. Help us create a database of the atrocities against Minnesotans, not just to establish a record for posterity, but to bank evidence for future prosecution,” Walz said in his speech.

Carter unloaded on the Minnesota governor.

“This kind of language dehumanizes our federal agents. It’s dangerous – it incites crowds to confront ICE, putting officers’ lives at risk. We’ve heard from DHS that the agent fired in self-defense, but local officials like Walz and [Mayor] Frey may have a lot to answer for. Their calls to ‘abolish ICE’ or resist federal enforcement are creating this powder keg,” Carter said.

Carter continued: “Minneapolis has become a hotspot for resistance to Trump’s immigration crackdown. President Trump has threatened to invoke the Insurrection Act if this escalates further. Locals are saying ICE is ‘scaring people,’ but these agents are just doing their jobs amid threats from cartels and illegal crossings. As Drug Czar, I can tell you this ties directly to the fentanyl crisis – many of these operations target drug networks.”
