Rock for Life Returns, Christian Rock Bands Re-Emphasize Pro-Life Message

In the fall of 1993, I was moving to the mountains of Southern California to join a new full-time pro-life missionary group called Missionaries to the Pre-born, which later became The Survivors of the Abortion Holocaust. It was during an outreach with the Missionaries that God gave me the vision for Rock for Life.

Rock for Life became a cultural phenomenon during the 90’s and 2000’s as it grew worldwide and helped build a youth pro-life movement. Rock for Life was invited to tour with the nation’s largest secular concert tour, the Lollapalooza Festival. I became a regular guest on Politically Incorrect with Bill Maher. Rock for Life released three compilation CDs that featured bands like POD, Christafari and so many more.

I left Rock for Life to pursue other pro-life work and it continued under Erik Whittington for many years, doing tours like Warped Tour and dozens of Christian festivals. Rock for Life faded away over the last few years but God had been putting a fire in my heart to return to the roots He had for me.

After much prayer and counsel, I have decided to leave the corporate pro-life job I have held for 15 years and return to being a pro-life missionary while re-launching Rock for Life, which will become a project of Survivors of the Abortion Holocaust. I will  serve as a full-time missionary with them, bringing my pro-life work full circle.

“Bryan and Rock for Life started in our office decades ago and their return is an incredible blessing,” said Jeff White, founder of Survivors. “We are excited to see what God has in store for us as a ministry and a family. The Survivors and Rock for Life are committed to the same principles and goals – to educate, activate and equip this generation to be a voice for life and abolish abortion.”

Plans are in the works for a new Rock for Life record on vinyl and it will include a cutting-edge pro-life primer to help educate and equip people on pro-life issues and resources available for women in need. Rock for Life is teaming up with Sanctuary International, a rock ‘n’ roll church that is home to many Christian bands. Sanctuary is based in Nashville, but was originally in southern California and was my home church for years.

Rock for Life is also partnering with Anchor Merchandising to launch a whole now store with some of the coolest designs and pro-life products at https://anchormerchandising.com/rock-for-life/.  The new Rock for Life website will be fully functional soon at www.rockforlife.org

This generation needs a loud and determined voice to cry out not just for the regulation of abortion but for the total abolition of this heinous crime. Rock for Life and the Survivors are committed to be that voice for life and to spread the Gospel of Christ. We will not be silenced and we will bring an end to the abortion holocaust.

As Rock for Life is relaunching from scratch we are in need of support and would appreciate all the prayers and support we can get. Please consider making a donation  at www.rockforlife.org
