The mother of this baby came to one of our Blue Blossom Pregnancy Centers scared that she was pregnant because of her very difficult circumstances. Even though she considered abortion, deep down she knew she couldn’t go through with it, and she chose life for her baby.
After her baby was born, she felt disconnected due to her difficult circumstances and the absence of the baby’s father. She didn’t want to hold her baby or breastfeed. Members of our team were there for her at the hospital for his birth, and helped this new mom care for her son. We asked our community to pray for her, and just two weeks later, God answered. This mom’s heart softened, and she is now joyfully bonding with her sweet baby boy.
