The most dangerous group of people in this country isn’t the Muslim Brotherhood, or any drug cartel. It’s lawless judges, who have hacked the PIN codes of our justice system and wield our own laws against us, the way cancer cells hijack human DNA. CNN reports:
A federal judge dismissed the indictments against former FBI Director James Comey and New York Attorney General Letitia James on Monday.
The judge found that President Donald Trump’s appointment of interim US Attorney Lindsey Halligan in Alexandria, Virginia, was invalid.
Trump handpicked Halligan for the role amid increasing pressure to bring criminal cases against his political enemies, including Comey and James.

Currie claims Halligan’s appointment violates federal law and the Appointments Clause of the Constitution while making the stunning argument that judges, not the president or attorney general, bear the primary responsibility of appointing interim U.S. Attorneys. (Will Chamberlain posted a good breakdown of her argument here.) Both James and Comey, Currie announced, can “[return] to the status [they] occupied before being indicted.”
The Department of Justice plans to appeal. Further, both indictments were dropped “without prejudice,” which means the government could seek new indictments although the Comey case might be trickier given the expired statute of limitations.
Comey already is taking a victory lap, claiming the decision vindicates him from any criminality. (It of course does no such thing.) He thanked his defense attorneys and DOJ prosecutors who had refused to bring any charges against him, resulting in a purge of the office. Comey forgot to mention that the father of Erik Siebert, the ex-interim U.S. Attorney removed for refusing to indict the former FBI director for making false statements and obstructing Congress, is godfather to one of Comey’s children.
Hopefully his preening won’t last long. Even if he skates on these charges, Comey appears to be a target of the DOJ’s “grand conspiracy” investigation into the perpetrators of Russiagate and decade-long lawfare against the president.
The same system of lawfare that tried to nullify Donald Trump’s election as President in 2016, and persecuted his supporters ever since, is operating as designed. Will this country’s citizens find any relief from these tyrants? Time will tell. Meanwhile Lindsey Halligan is getting threatened with disbarment — like virtually every attorney who dared to challenge election fraud in 2020, from Sidney Powell and Rudy Giuliani to John Eastman. The System protects itself, and ferociously punishes anyone who dares to push back against it.
DEI Hire Judge Let Career Criminal Free to Set a Citizen on Fire
Let’s check in on another Leftist judge, this time Theresa Molina Gonzalez, who released a felon with 72 previous arrests — who shortly thereafter set fire to a woman on a Chicago commuter train. Revolver News reports:
A man who was accused of setting a woman on fire inside a Chicago commuter train was found to be a serial offender. Lawrence Reed was on Wednesday accused of committing a terrorist attack, with federal prosecutors alleging that he poured gasoline on a woman and chased her through a Chicago train car before setting her on fire.

Lawrence Reed is said to be a serial offender. He allegedly had had more than 70 prior arrests to his name. It reportedly emerged that Reed was out on pretrial release at the time of the incident for an aggravated battery charge. Records show that Reed had previously been arrested 72 times in Cook County alone and convicted in 15 of those cases, the feds was quoted by New York Post as saying in court papers.
“But the maniac never served any time and was only given probation despite being convicted of the arson incident in April 2020,” court documents show. At a news conference after Reed’s court appearance, federal officials expressed frustration that he was free at the time of the attack, saying he had a long criminal history while providing few details.
“Lawrence Reed had no business being on the streets given that his violent criminal history and his pending criminal cases,” ATF Special Agent-in-Charge Christopher Amon said. “Reed had plenty of second chances by the criminal justice system and as a result, you have an innocent victim in the hospital fighting for her life,” Amon was quoted by AP as saying.

Trump Administration to Investigate “Refugees” Waved in by Biden Regime
As co-author of The Politically Incorrect Guide to Immigration, I can tell you that “refugee” claims are one of the biggest loopholes that illegal aliens use to enter our country — after which it’s almost impossible to ever send them home. It doesn’t matter that the countries from which they come aren’t persecuting anyone, or that they passed through three, six, or nine safe countries on the way to the U.S. to enroll in our welfare programs. Churchianity Yesterday Chooses New Editor
Okay, technically the magazine is still called “Christianity Today.” But nobody’s fooled, and nobody pays much attention anymore to a magazine co-founded by Billy Graham that’s now run by Joe Biden and Act Blue donors. Its latest choice as President and CEO, Nicole Massie Martin, attracted the comment of Not The Bee. It pointed to something Martin wrote in the wake of the 2024 election:
At ages 9 and 11, my girls watched my husband and me vote for the one we believed would be the best-qualified president of the United States, Vice President Kamala Harris. And now they witness the grief that comes from knowing that the candidate we championed has lost the race. They watched as our faces fell when we heard the results.
