When someone tells you who he is, believe him. In that vein, far-left New York City mayoral frontrunner Zohran Kwame Mamdani has just informed voters what he intends to unleash in that city: utter lawless chaos. The New York Post reports:
Zohran Mamdani and his comrades at the Democratic Socialists of America want to wipe out the enforcement of all misdemeanor offenses, The Post has learned.
In its most recent platform, the group blasts policing and detention as “instruments of class war” designed to “guarantee the domination of the working class” — and demands an end to what it calls “the criminalization of working-class survival.”
“For all of the working class to achieve collective liberation we must constrain, diminish, and abolish the carceral forces of the state — from prisons and police themselves, to their manifestations in all forms throughout society,” according to the national party’s latest platform, adopted in 2021.
On the campaign trail, Mamdani has repeatedly called for police to stop focusing on what he’s referred to as “non serious crimes.” …
The DSA has also pushed to slash arrests, gut prosecutors’ budgets, abolish cash bail and all forms of pre-trial detention, scrap electronic monitoring, and end imprisonment for parole violations.
Mamdani, a Queens assemblyman and member of the NYC chapter of the DSA and its endorsed mayoral candidate, has questioned the purpose of prisons and repeatedly called to roll back punishment on so-called “non-violent offenses” – both as an Albany lawmaker and in his Gotham mayoral campaign.
He doubled down on his longstanding push to legalize prostitution this week.
So storeowners won’t be able to stop mobs of urban youths from shoplifting en masse, as they have taken to doing in leftist-run cities like San Francisco. Those stores will soon start going broke and have to close. Then Mamdani will replace them with city-run, government outlets like those municipal grocery stores he has promised to open. And that’s how you achieve the socialist utopia — with the state controlling “the means of production,” as Mamdani has long called for.

American Stabbed in Germany for Stopping a Rape by Immigrants. One of Them’s Already Out of Jail
New York could become a lot more like the lawless cities in Europe which are terrorized by thuggish Third World immigrants imposing the mores of their failed native countries on helpless citizens. Gateway Pundit has the story:
The as-yet unidentified 21-year-old American student who stood up to two Syrian “refugees” sexually harassing two young women on a Dresden tram Saturday night/Sunday morning has posted a video criticizing the release of one of his attackers only 12 hours later. Former U.S. Ambassador to Germany Richard Grenell called on “conservative” German chancellor Friedrich Merz to “understand that the German people are sick and tired” of the German government’s “weak and woke response.”
The young man was attacked by a Syrian “refugee” with a knife at around 12:25 a.m. on Sunday morning after intervening when “two men from a group harassed two female passengers” on a tram in the eastern German city of Dresden, according to a police statement, the New York Post reported.
The brave young American was rushed to the hospital in a serious condition with serious knife wounds to his face and nose.
One of the attackers named “Majid A” was arrested after fleeing on an electric scooter but released just 12 hours later due to “lack of evidence” despite a rap sheet of assault, robbery, and breaking and entering.
Because he is not a European battered by his government into learned helplessness, but an American accustomed to freedom, the young man spoke up — releasing a video on the incident, blaming the mass influx of Muslim “refugees”:
This is the sort of society our elites are actively seeking to recreate here. Why else would they be organizing riots attacking ICE agents and desperately fighting to prevent human traffickers from being deported?

Judicial Watch Sues DHS for Information on Migrant Kids Sent to Traffickers
Speaking of those who exploit helpless people, can we talk about the Biden administration’s Department of Homeland Security? It lost some 450,000 immigrant minors in 2024 alone, sending tens of thousands to unvetted “sponsors” who did God knows what with them. (God knows. Our government doesn’t.)
Now the good citizens at Judicial Watch are demanding answers. The organization filed a Freedom of Information lawsuit last week against the DHS, demanding “records about efforts to locate unaccompanied alien children lost during the Biden administration (Judicial Watch, Inc. v. U.S. Department of Homeland Security (No. 1:25-cv-02558)).” Judicial Watch reported back in April:
The Biden administration failed to monitor hundreds of thousands of illegal immigrant minors who entered the United States through Mexico and tens of thousands simply vanished from the government’s radar, according to a federal audit. Judicial Watch has covered the scandal extensively and is investigating the Trump administration’s plan to locate the young migrants, known as Unaccompanied Alien Children (UAC). A few weeks ago, several media outlets reported that the Trump administration directed Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) to track down UAC to, among other things, prevent them from being trafficked or exploited.
But remember: Those trying to enforce the rule of law on our immigration crisis are hateful and vicious, akin to Nazi war criminals. The people shipping kids to random exploiters are “welcoming the stranger.” Got it? And don’t forget: Our Diversity Is Our Strength.
Indians Rally Around Clueless Truck Driver Who Killed Three Americans
It’s nice when people are patriotic. It’s less nice when they’re being patriotic about other countries from which they fled at the expense of the country they fled to. In fact, the profound backlash against vast waves of low-skill, non-Western immigration is being fueled by the racial tribalism of those very migrants — whom our public schools and Leftist elites have told that it’s “racist” (or something) to assimilate. Witness the case we reported on last week of Harjinder Singh, an illegal immigrant President Donald Trump’s first administration tried to deport — and whom the Biden regime allowed not only to stay but to gain a commercial trucking license, even though he can’t understand English (the language of road signs in this country).

Singh made an illegal U-turn, causing a crash in which three Americans died. And now Indians in the U.S. and around the world are rallying behind him. So far the online petition to spare Singh any jail time has collected 2.2 million signatures. How many of them belong to Indian immigrants to the U.S.?

In April, Trump issued an executive order attempting to restore order and safety on our highways. Revolver News reports:
President Trump isn’t creating a new rule for truckers. What he’s doing is enforcing rules that have already been on the books since the 1930s. That rule is simple and common sense: If you want to drive a commercial truck in the United States, you must be able to read and speak English. It’s almost absurd that this needs to be stated, right? Obviously, drivers need to understand road signs, talk to law enforcement, and communicate if there’s an emergency.
For years, that law just sat there collecting dust. Obama’s regime actually gutted (and ignored) most enforcement, while sanctuary states like California and Washington kept handing out CDLs like Halloween candy to anyone with a pulse, no English required. And sadly, we’ve all seen how that turned out, with one deadly crash after another by foreign drivers who can’t read a stop sign.
However, all of that changed … when President Trump signed an Executive Order that finally put teeth back into the law. When June rolled around, real enforcement began. If drivers fail an English test, they’re immediately taken off the road. No more free passes.
Remember that the Left denounces common-sense measures like these as “fascism.” That’s a great way to convince people to give fascism a second look.
