The Brew: RFK Jr. Stands Tall as Big Pharma Marionettes Do a Rage Dance in the Senate

We’ve already reported it here: There’s a coordinated conspiracy among Big Pharma giants to provoke a cascade of chaos inside the Department of Health and Human Services, demonize Secretary Robert F. Kennedy, Jr., and force his resignation. We saw a mass resignation last week of officials linked to COVID and Operation Warp Speed.

Next came a letter demanding Kennedy’s ouster by previous heads of the failed Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, and an open letter signed by a thousand federal health bureaucrats making the same demand. (Thanks, guys, now we know exactly whom to fire — not that you care, since each of you has doubtless been promised a golden parachute by some pharmaceutical company.) We haven’t seen a PR operation this coldly efficient since the Russia Collusion hoax.

Gateway Pundit reports on the sabotage campaign being waged by current employees at HHS and the CDC to undermine Kennedy’s authority and thwart his decisions:

The Deep State with the HHS is going ALL OUT to sabotage HHS Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr.’s efforts to drain the swamp, promote medical freedom, and make America healthy again. Even more ominously, they use an old CIA book to carry out their sinister tasks.

Conservative activist Benny Johnson obtained information from whistleblowers showing that career CDC and HHS bureaucrats are distributing a CIA manual entitled “Simple Sabotage,” which was originally written in 1944, to their subordinates. The CDC ranks are currently carrying out this CIA strategy to the T.

Here are the damning details:

As Johnson points out, the manual tells bureaucrats to slow operations by demanding written orders and feigning ignorance. In the meantime, they are to carry out acts that spread blame across as many people as possible.

That’s all the backroom, back-stabbing stuff. But the U.S. senators who collectively rake in tens of millions from pharameutical giants to serve as their flying monkeys were quite performative at yesterday’s public hearing, where RFK Jr. sat before them to answer their questions. It wasn’t easy, since they kept interrupting him and reclaiming their time so he couldn’t finish a sentence. Almost as if they didn’t really want answers, but had simply turned up to shout, “Heil Pharma!” in front of the TV cameras. Vice President J.D. Vance had some very pointed words to say about that — actually, too pointed for this publication to reprint — so we’ll go with a tamer tweet about it instead.

Maybe I chose the wrong dictatorship to reference. Instead I’m reminded of Communist Party congresses under Joseph Stalin, where deputies would greet his long, monotonous speeches by applauding till their hands bled. The one who stopped clapping first, of course, would be recognized as a “traitor” and shot by the NKVD.

If you’re as outraged as I am about the corruption of science that culminated in the COVID panic, forced vaccinations with an untested mRNA therapy derived from a vivisected child, and the collapse of American health, maybe take the time to watch the whole three-plus hour hearing — and take notes on whether your senator joined the hired lynch mob.

The psychiatric establishment removed gender dysphoria from the list of mental illnesses not long after renowned scientist Bruce Jenner proved the existence of 45 extra genders by appearing in drag on the cover of Vanity Fair. The official organization for pediatricians endorsed gender butchery for preteens. But we all know better, don’t we?

The Trump team certainly does, and it may be responding to the recent rash of transgender terrorism and the rise of transgender militias by applying federal gun laws in a common-sense, rational fashion. Breitbart reports:

Senior officials at the U.S. Department of Justice have held multiple meetings in recent days to consider a possible federal ban of transgendered individuals from owning firearms …

Multiple sources familiar with the matter, including one official inside the DOJ, confirmed to Breitbart News that the Office of Legal Council (OLC) — which advises the Attorney General on legal matters — has held several such meetings since the tragic shooting, allegedly by a transgendered individual, that killed two children at a Minneapolis Catholic school and injured 21 others.

This legal question of banning firearm ownership for transgendered individuals would focus on whether these people suffering from gender dysphoria are in fact mentally ill and therefore should be denied firearm ownership while they are unstable and unwell.

Charlie Kirk probably speaks for most Americans on this one:

Rowling helped to document the real problem of transgender derangement and violence by posting just a few of the death threats she has received for defending real women’s rights — none of which British police have investigated. They’re too busy busting Irish comedians for making “transphobic” social media posts while on American soil. (There is some profanity below — these are death threats, after all.)

Senator Tim Kaine, Our Almost Vice President, Condemns Declaration of Independence

It takes a Jesuit education and decades of political hackwork surrounded by sycophants to achieve the level of self-confident ignorance displayed by Democrat Sen. Tim Kaine this week:

No surprise that a Democrat thinks the government doles out our rights at its discretion and can repossess them when “necessary.” But it is a jaw-drop moment when one of them admits it so blatantly and equates the natural law assertion of God-given rights in our Declaration of Independence with sharia law as practiced in Iran.

But don’t let your support for God-given rights and the Declaration turn you into one of those people who thinks the U.S. is merely a “propositional nation,” like Revolutionary France or the Soviet Union, The Federalist warns. That’s how you end up with open borders and DEI initiatives. Here’s John Daniel Davidson on that:

Those who would reduce America to an abstract proposition either misunderstand or misrepresent our history and heritage. As I argued at NatCon last year, nearly everyone who argues that America is a proposition is wrong about what the proposition is and what it means. “All men are created equal” is a specifically Christian claim, not a universal call to multiculturalism and mass immigration. It emerged as a political ideal from Christian Europe, and arrived in America by way of settlers and pioneers who came here specifically to establish a nation where they could practice their Christian faith as they saw fit.

In other words, America isn’t a grab-bag of Enlightenment tropes about free speech and equality, but the product of Christian Europe. The ideals that animated our founders are universal in the same way that the Christian faith is universal: God created all men equal, they all bear the imago Dei, the image of God, and are all His children. But the only people who ever took that self-evident truth and used it as a foundation on which to forge a new nation were the English colonists in America.

No Second Amendment, No First

First Liberty Institute announced a big win for both the Amendments that lead off our Bill of Rights. It recently litigated a case on behalf of His Tabernacle Family Church in Horseheads, N.Y.  New York State had ordered that church to declare itself a “gun-free zone” (i.e., a free-fire zone for mass shooters) — but the church refused, citing its constitutional rights. As a result, it was forced to defend itself in court, racking up legal fees of $817,000. The church won the suit in the Second District Court of Appeals, but was still out all that money. Yesterday, the U.S. District Court for the Western District of New York ordered the state to reimburse the church the full amount.

Sometimes lawfare can come back to bite its practitioners in the pocketbook. More of this, please.
