The U.S. Department of State announced Friday that it is offering rewards of up to $10 million to Iranian citizens who provide information about the whereabouts of senior leaders in the Islamic Republic’s security apparatus.
Officials said individuals who help locate the targets could also become eligible to relocate to the United States.
The reward program focuses on 10 senior figures connected to the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps, which the U.S. government designates as a terrorist organization.

Among the most prominent names on the list are Iran’s supreme leader, Mojtaba Khamenei, and national security adviser Ali Larijani.
Other listed officials include Interior Minister Eskandar Momeni and Intelligence Minister Esmail Khatib.
Authorities said people with knowledge of the leaders’ locations can submit information through a secure tip line accessible via the Tor browser or through the encrypted messaging app Signal.
Some of the targets are identified only by job title rather than name, reflecting recent turmoil within Iran’s leadership following airstrikes that killed several senior officials.
The approach echoes a tactic used during the 2003 Iraq War, when the United States distributed playing cards identifying top members of Saddam Hussein’s regime after the invasion of Iraq.
