Bold Right-Wing Truth-Teller Very Carefully Chooses Words So As Not To Speak Truths That Would Anger Own Audience

U.S. — Shockwaves were felt among the conservative influencer sphere this week, as one bold, right-wing truth-teller very carefully chose his words so as not to speak truths that could potentially anger his own audience.

After deciding that enough was enough, local podcaster David Springer resolved to produce a bombshell episode of his show, American Truthteller, that would have him throwing off all restraint and boldly telling the truth with words he deliberately selected to avoid the possibility of offending the listeners who generate his income.

“I’m a maverick, but I have to make sure I don’t make anyone mad at me,” Springer said at the beginning of the episode. “I have a long track record of being a straight shooter who never sugarcoats anything and tells it like it is, unless telling it like it is might upset my subscribers, in which case I’ll be very careful to coat my words with sugar and shoot somewhat straight while being as vague as possible to just sound like I’m being bold even though I’m just trying to fly under the radar and keep cashin’ them checks. Can’t tell too much truth, you know what I’m saying? If not, no worries. I don’t want to make you guys mad at me.”

Springer vowed to bravely stand on the side of truth and stand up for oppressed widows and orphans as long as standing up for widows and orphans wouldn’t jeopardize his growing subscriber base. “It’s my job to speak truth to power,” he said. “But the real power is my audience, and I won’t speak truth to them if it might make some of them stop following me.”

At publishing time, American Truthteller announced it would cut back on the truth-telling to land a few more sponsorship deals.
