Nation Agrees To Let Biden Be President To Hear Him Attempt To Say ‘Semiquincentennial’

WASHINGTON, D.C. — America was in for a treat this holiday weekend, as the nation agreed to allow Joe Biden to be president again for one day during the nation’s 250th birthday celebration just to hear him attempt to say the word “semiquincentennial.”

“I miss those amazing sound bites,” American citizen Kate Werner told friends. “My best guess is it would sound something like ‘semiphrghhhtabretenreal,’ but who knows. I say we let him run a few of the events and see how things go.”

In a recent poll, a majority of Americans say they’d be willing to let Biden take the presidency for a day or two to see how he pronounces a series of semi-complicated words related to the 250th birthday of the nation.

“To be honest, I’m not sure I know how to say it either,” Daniel Madsen said. “But I could probably use the skills I learned in the fourth grade and sound it out. Semi-quin-centennial. There. I worry the effort might give the former president a stroke.”

Many in the nation admit they miss hearing Biden try to pronounce words and express excitement over the prospect of giving him a shot at ‘semiquincentennial.’

At publishing time, sources close to Biden said he would be thrilled to take over for a day and that there’s a good chance he still believes he lives at the White House.
