Hasan Piker wants a revolution inside the Democratic Party — and apparently prison cells for Democrats who get in the way.
The far-left streamer went on a wild rant about “reactionary” Democrats, saying he wants “Chinese-style communism” inside the party and invoking Mao Zedong’s Cultural Revolution.
“I will throw you in prison,” Piker said. “I want Chinese-style communism to happen inside of the Democratic Party right now.”

Then came the kicker.
“I want to do Cultural Revolution s–t.”
Piker also went after Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer, calling for a “struggle session” and joking about people throwing old tomatoes at him while demanding he explain his “counter-revolutionary behavior.”
Subtle, it was not.
And the history Piker is playing with is considerably darker than his rant lets on.
Mao launched China’s Cultural Revolution in 1966 to purge perceived political and ideological enemies. The decade-long upheaval brought widespread persecution, imprisonment, torture, and killings before ending after Mao’s death in 1976.
Piker has campaigned alongside Michigan Democratic Senate nominee Abdul El-Sayed and addressed the College Democrats of America convention this summer, where he attacked Democrats who “compromise” and “conciliate.”
Now he’s spelling out what he wants for the Democrats who don’t move far enough left:
“Chinese-style communism.”
A “Cultural Revolution.”
And prison.
