Ex-Pentagon Worker Reports Translucent Triangle UFO Over Colorado

A former Pentagon employee says something very strange flew over his Colorado home — and the FBI put his account on paper.

The witness told investigators that he and his wife were sitting outside shortly before 11 p.m. in October 2023 when a silent, triangular object passed overhead, possibly as low as 300 feet.

His description reads like something out of science fiction.

The craft “looked like a perfect triangle” with no visible wings, fins or engine housing, according to the FBI interview summary. Even stranger, the witness said it “appeared almost see-through,” surrounded by a haze that produced ripples “like you were looking at an object that is underwater.”

No engine noise. No rumble. Nothing.

As the object moved away, the witness said he spotted a “band of silverish blue light,” which he speculated could have been connected to its propulsion.

The account is included in the fifth batch of UFO — officially Unidentified Anomalous Phenomena, or UAP — files released by the Trump Administration Friday.

The witness could not precisely determine the craft’s dimensions or even whether its triangular shape was equilateral or isosceles, noting the darkness and distorted appearance made details difficult to discern.

And there’s still no definitive explanation for what he and his wife saw.

But among the government’s latest UFO files, a silent, translucent triangle passing just hundreds of feet overhead is certainly one of the stranger entries.
