Man Helpfully Points Out To Wife That She Looks Tired

TOPEKA, KS — Local hero Greg Miller was praised this week for his keen observation skills after courageously informing his wife, Sarah, that she looked “tired.”

The brief exchange reportedly occurred Tuesday evening as Sarah was attempting to bathe the couple’s three toddlers while simultaneously folding a mountain of laundry and mentally preparing this week’s dinner menu. Recognizing that his wife might be unaware of her own physiological state, Greg put his hand on her shoulder and delivered the helpful observation.

“Have you looked in the mirror, babe?” Greg said worriedly. “You look really tired. Like, your eyes are all puffy, and your hair is doing that frantic, fuzzy thing. You should probably look into getting more sleep.”

Sources close to the family reported that Sarah responded with a look of “pure, unadulterated gratitude,” though other witnesses admitted that it may have been one of exasperated frustration. Sarah reportedly neglected to thank her husband, but instead just stared blankly at him as their 3-year-old splashed the side of her face with soapy bathwater.

“I just thought you might want to know,” Greg explained.

At publishing time, Greg had also observed to his wife that she seemed a little stressed out and maybe she should just relax a bit and “chill out.”
