Pro-Life Group Backs Byron Donalds for Governor of Florida

Florida Voice for the Unborn Political Action Committee (PAC) Chairman Andrew Shirvell today issued the following statement:

Shirvell continued, “Congressman Byron Donalds is an outstanding pro-life champion who can be counted on to defend the rights of our unborn brothers and sisters, as evidenced by his exemplary voting record in both the United States House of Representatives and the Florida House of Representatives! Moreover, Donalds’ selection last week of former state Senator Bryan Avila (R – Miami-Dade County) as his Lieutenant Governor running mate once again demonstrates that Donalds has sound judgment by choosing a fellow pro-life stalwart with an impeccable voting record.”

Shirvell further remarked, “Florida Voice for the Unborn PAC was officially registered with the state of Florida on August 4, 2026.  Like other conservative organizations, Florida Voice for the Unborn PAC chose not to endorse any of the pro-life gubernatorial candidates during the recent Primary Election.  However, this past August 18th, pro-life Republican Primary voters sent an unmistakable message when Congressman Donalds overwhelmingly won that election, defeating his closest competitor by more than twenty-two (22) points.  It is now time for Florida’s vibrant grassroots pro-life movement to unite in support of Byron Donalds’ gubernatorial candidacy and help ensure that Donalds defeats his radical pro-abortion Democrat opponent.”
