Trump did not provide additional details.

Fox News reports that Special Envoys Jared Kushner and Steve Witkoff will attend. The talks will take place “in parallel” to the other talks with leadership in Tehran.

If the meeting takes place as planned, it would mark the latest round of diplomacy following weeks of heightened tensions that included U.S. military strikes on Iranian targets and retaliatory actions by Tehran.

Doha has frequently served as a neutral venue for indirect and direct negotiations involving the United States and Iran, with Qatar often acting as an intermediary between the two governments.
