HOLLYWOOD, CA — President Trump has once again been snubbed for his iconic role in Home Alone 2: Lost in New York.
Despite laudatory reviews for his performance accumulating over decades, the Academy appeared to put politics over performance, again denying Trump the Oscar.
“It’s indefensible. Name me one man who has delivered more brilliant, captivating acting in the past thirty years than Donald Trump in Home Alone 2,” said local man Kevin Hollister. “The way Trump simply disappeared into the role, yet commanded the entire screen with his presence. It’s a thing of beauty. Denying Trump an Oscar is beyond ludicrous.”
At publishing time, Trump had announced a retaliatory drone strike on the Academy headquarters.
