The U.S. is taking its pressure campaign straight to the Iranian regime’s oil lifeline…
American forces struck Iranian oil tankers near Kharg Island on Tuesday, according to a U.S. official cited by The Jerusalem Post, as Iranian media reported explosions around the country’s most important crude-export hub.
Kharg is strategically critical: before the war, roughly 90% of Iran’s crude exports moved through the island.

The strike fits an increasingly aggressive U.S. strategy aimed at raising the economic cost of Iran’s attacks on American forces and commercial shipping.
U.S. Central Command has already struck multiple Iranian tankers in recent days after the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps launched missiles at U.S. Navy ships. CENTCOM commander Adm. Brad Cooper previously warned that attacks on American vessels would be answered by taking out Iranian oil assets.
Tehran is threatening to respond.
