Video Appears to Show Trump Secretly Leaving Air Force One in Catering Truck

President Trump’s extraordinary escape from Turkey aboard a secret military flight appears to have been hiding in plain sight, captured on video as an airport catering truck quietly moved between Air Force One and the smaller jet that actually carried the president to Britain.

The newly scrutinized footage adds a remarkable visual chapter to the elaborate security deception carried out in Ankara on July 8 as U.S. officials confronted a reported Iranian threat against Trump.

Trump first boarded the legacy Air Force One in full view of cameras following the NATO summit.

Then came the switch.

Video from the tarmac shows a catering truck — the type normally used to load food and supplies — positioned against a door on the opposite side of the presidential jet with its hydraulic container raised to aircraft level.

According to the Washington Post, Trump and several aides secretly entered that container and were lowered into the truck before being driven across the tarmac to a nearby Air Force C-32A.

The video appears to show exactly that sequence.

As members of the White House press corps boarded Air Force One, the catering truck’s container was lowered, the vehicle pulled away and headed toward the C-32A. The container was then raised alongside the smaller military aircraft for several minutes before being lowered again.

Trump, according to the Post, was already inside.

The C-32A then carried the president to RAF Mildenhall in the United Kingdom while journalists and even some White House staffers remained aboard the legacy Air Force One believing Trump was traveling with them.

A presidential shell game, executed feet away from the press corps.

The operation was reportedly triggered by a credible threat involving Iran as tensions between Washington and Tehran remained dangerously high. U.S. forces had resumed strikes against Iran just one day earlier following the collapse of negotiations aimed at ending the conflict.

The White House has not directly denied the Washington Post’s account.

Instead, communications director Steven Cheung said the administration uses “every tool at our disposal” to protect Trump from enemies targeting him.

The secrecy extended inside Air Force One.

As journalists boarded the decoy aircraft in Ankara, they were instructed to close their window shades — preventing them from seeing activity outside the plane while the president was apparently being transferred nearby.

Trump had publicly announced that he would leave Turkey aboard the older Air Force One while the newer Boeing 747-8 donated by Qatar was flown ahead to Britain, where American service members could tour it.

What the public did not know was that Trump apparently wasn’t aboard the legacy Air Force One either.

Instead, the president flew to Britain aboard the smaller C-32A, which used the nondescript military call sign “RCH18,” according to the Post.

The C-32A arrived at Mildenhall roughly nine minutes before the decoy Air Force One carrying the press corps.

Trump later emerged from the legacy aircraft in front of cameras, meaning he apparently transferred back aboard after landing, though exactly how that second switch occurred remains unclear.

The maneuver demonstrates the lengths U.S. security officials were willing to go to conceal the president’s location amid the Iranian threat.

And now, more than a month later, the trick may finally be visible frame by frame: Air Force One on one side of the tarmac, the real presidential aircraft on the other, and an ordinary-looking catering truck moving between them.
