Dems’ Desperate Moves in Virginia ‘Fundamentally Un-American’ [WATCH]

Democrats are getting desperate — and more radical.

During Monday night’s Hannity monologue, Fox News host Sean Hannity addressed the latest moves under consideration by a Democratic Party in disarray, including a radical plan to force the entire Virginia Supreme Court into retirement after its gerrymandering power grab failed.

“Democrats did in fact embark on the most aggressive power grab and effort to eliminate all but one Republican congressional district in Virginia, all with a brazen gerrymandering scheme,” Hannity said. “They did not pay attention to the law, and they violated, in multiple ways, the state’s constitution.”

“The result of their dishonest, illicit scheme was thrown out by that state’s Supreme Court,” Hannity continued, adding that many Democrats are now planning a “judicial coup.”

According to The New York Times, Democrats in Virginia are considering lowering the mandatory retirement age for Supreme Court judges to force judges out and replace the entire bench.

“If Democrats are willing to do this in a left-leaning seat that Kamala Harris won by less than five points, you better believe they want to do this nationwide,” Hannity said.

Dems aren’t for democracy anymore — they’re plotting the end of it.
